Easier and Affordable Gaming — Helio G25 and Helio G35!
I have previously written a post about the gaming specs of the Mediatek Helio G series. I discussed the gaming capabilities of the Helio G70, Helio G90T .etc. amongst other G series chipsets. Today I am bringing to you Mediatek’s latest additions in the Helio gaming series — Helio G35 and Helio G25. I also wrote a post about a new phone — Realme C11, which will be powered by the Helio G35 processor.
These two processors are Mediatek’s offering to their affordable and budget range consumers. They have been integrated with decent gaming features that will be able to support all kinds of intense games like PUBG and Fortnite. Mobile gaming has definitely come a long way with complicated games like PUBG being supported effortlessly by the devices. PUBG has garnered a huge following over the years and it is not surprising to see consumers making their smartphone purchases based on its ability to support PUBG.
In terms of features, Helio G35 has an Arm-Cortex A53 CPU and an IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU with a frequency of 650 Mhz. It supports a Max Memory size of 6 GB as well as Mediatek HyperEngine Performance Optimization and Mediatek HyperEngine Connectivity Enhancements resulting in a smooth gaming experience. It focuses on Speed and Power efficiency in mainstream gaming and is also integrated with Multi-Camera Smartphones with Great photography and light AI enhancements. Helio G35 also comes with dual 4G Sim support with fast and reliable connectivity and location services.
It has all the basic features required for the smooth functioning of the integrated device as well as specific gaming traits. Besides the above-mentioned features, it also has single-camera support for up to 25 MP and integrated Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.
The features in the Helio G25 are almost similar to the difference in camera support. Compared to Helio G35’s 25 MP camera support, Helio G25 has a 21 MP single camera support.
In my opinion, these chipsets do make mobile gaming easier to a huge extent in terms of performance and affordability. Helio G35 is expected to be around 1,300 RAND and the Helio G25 is also expected to be around that range. What do you all think about these two affordable gaming processors?
